About the Role
Position Overview
The Website & SEO Specialist is responsible for increasing the organic and overall traffic of
the Sawit Pro website through technical SEO enhancements, strategic content
implementation, on-page/off-page optimization, and site experience improvements. This role
ensures the website is optimized for discoverability, speed, usability, and
conversion—supporting lead generation and brand visibility objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all content, visuals, and functionality on the Sawit Pro website is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site structure, UX/UI, and mobile responsiveness.
SEO Strategy & Implementation (Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO)
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to find SEO opportunities and develop content plans.
Brief the content team on high-potential blog/article/video ideas based on search trends.
Track website traffic, page performance, bounce rate, average time on site, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Report on SEO progress weekly and monthly with actionable insights and improvement plans.
Collaborate with the Online Marketing Manager to improve lead-generation paths.
Monitor and improve conversion rates through better UX, messaging clarity, and page structure.
Requirements
Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming
Frog, Yoast/RankMath, Ubersuggest
Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive in troubleshooting
Strategic thinker with an execution mindset
Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curious, growth-oriented, and up-to-date with SEO/website trends
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau
