About the Role
Mencari dan melakukan verifikasi terhadap Duta dalam 1 area (kurang lebih 5 kabupaten) yang jumlahnya bisa sampai dengan ribuan (saat ini baru ratusan), dengan target jumlah petani yang sampai ratusan ribu (saat ini baru ribuan).
Mengoptimalkan kinerja Duta baik untuk akuisisi, retensi, maupun monetisasi dari Petani di bawah Duta tersebut.
Requirements
Pengalaman di bidang sales/Business Development/Operation min 6 tahun
Pengetahuan dalam akuisisi O2O - Start up Offline ke Online atau pengalaman mengelola petani kecil (Industri pertanian)
Mampu bekerja dan beradaptasi dengan cepatnya lingkungan start-up
Minimal S1, Manajemen, Pertanian, dll
Berdomisili di Pekanbaru dan Jambi dan mengetahui pemetaan wilayah (khususnya wilayah perkebunan kelapa sawit)
