About the Role
Daily Order & Delivery Execution :
Follow up with suppliers and distributors for shipment confirmation.
Track in-transit fertilizer shipments and update delivery status.
Monitor fertilizer stock on hand (per SKU, per warehouse/hub).
Sales & Demand Support :
Provide daily stock position and availability updates to sales/commerce teams.
Reserve and allocate stock for key customers based on approved plan.
Coordinate emergency replenishment requests during peak demand.
Maintain supply tracker: PO status, inbound deliveries, stock balances.
Requirements
Experiences: min 5 years of operations management experience, prefreably in agriculture, retail, FMCG, distributor.
Education: Bachelor degree in logisctic management, supply chain, operations management or a related field.
Hard Skills:
Operation Management
Supply Chain Management
Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics and customer behaviour.
Ability to think stratgically and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the distribution network.
Soft Skills:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to build relationship and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Travel: Willing to travel
