About the Role
• Own and drive product strategy, keep it aligned with product vision, and communicate it to stakeholders and users.
• Create roadmap, execute it, and ensuring the milestones are met in timely manner
• Discover user pain points through research and data grinding and collaborate with the analytics team to gain more insights.
• Prototype the product functionality and collaborate with the experience team for the best user experience.
• Maintain the product quality and collaborate with the quality team for the highest standard.
• Develop go-to-market strategy, drive execution, and collaborate with the growth team for the biggest impact releases.
• Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gathering insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
• Experience working in a team with agile development environment
• Good communication skills in English

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business or other related fields with minimum GPA 3.00
• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management.
• Expertise in Product Management Tools (e.g: Notion, GitHub Issues, Google Drive).
• Expertise in Prototyping Tools (e.g: Figma).
• Familiarity with Data Analytics Tools (e.g: Metabase, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with Software Testing Tools (e.g: Katalon)
• Experience in Palm Oil related companies is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Pekanbaru or Medan.
