About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will architect, develop and deliver high-performance, cross-platform applications (web, Android, iOS) while driving technical excellence and alignment with business goals. You’ll mentor teams, optimize user experiences across devices, and champion modern tools and practices.
Responsible for
Lead the development of responsive web applications (React, Angular, Vue) and mobile apps (Kotlin, Swift), ensuring consistency in UX/UI and functionality.
Architect scalable solutions, ensuring maintainability, performance, and security while advocating for modular design patterns.
Mentor engineers in cross-platform development, code reviews, and testing strategies.
Collaborate with Design/Product to unify design systems across web and mobile.
Partner with backend teams to design unified APIs (REST/GraphQL) and optimize data synchronization.
Champion Agile/Scrum rituals, refining sprint planning and retrospectives for cross-platform teams.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using analytics and observability tools.
Visit customers and collect user feedback into product improvements.
Contribute to technical innovation and optimization efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in web and mobile app development.
Strong proficiency in Javascript, Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android).
Experience with mobile SDKs, APIs, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Apple HIG, Material Design).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI Specification for backend integration.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, etc.).
Knowledge of mobile analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer, NewRelic).
Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and TDD (Robot Framework is a plus).
Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Own a Mac and iOS device (for iOS platform).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
