About the Role
Job Description:The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote SawitPRO's products or services. You will lead our social media initiatives, digital advertising campaigns, and product marketing efforts. This role combines performance marketing, brand building, and leads generation to fuel business growth. You will be responsible for creating integrated marketing strategies that connect digital channels with product positioning and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand presence and customer engagement across various channels and platforms.
Launch paid digital ad campaigns and optimize ad performance through audience targeting, creative A/B testing, and bid strategies
Manage budgets, monitor spend, and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.
Work with the Product Team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, updates, and feature rollouts.
Craft clear, compelling messaging strategies, positioning, and marketing assets (landing pages, brochures, emails, case studies, videos).
Track campaign performance across social media, digital ads, and product marketing efforts.
Work closely with design, sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Min. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record managing social media, digital advertising, and product marketing.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects is required.
Strong knowledge of creating engaging advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
Solid understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, and GTM strategies.
Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
