About the Role
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Marketing Manager with Digital and Operational experience to lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, as well as managing operational aspects of the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target customer segments
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
Manage the operational aspects of the marketing function, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and develop recommendations for future initiatives
Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project delivery
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to reach and engage with our target audience
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine the overall marketing strategy for the company
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and operational management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team of marketing professionals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
Willing to relocate to Pekanbaru, Riau
