Call farmers to support sales and service engagement
Manage and engage users through WhatsApp and group channels
Verify smallholder data from the Petani Sawit Pro app
Follow up with smallholders interested in SawitPRO services (e.g., via online ads)
Introduce SawitPRO and promote its products/services (e.g., fertilizer, agronomy support)
Use CRM tools to track activities and generate reports
Requirements
Final-year Bachelor’s degree student with no remaining classes, or a fresh graduate majoring in Communication, Business, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Good communication skill
Proactive and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
