About the Role
Manage inbound and outbound inventory flows in the hub/warehouse.
Conduct daily inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
Maintain stock accuracy across physical and system records.
Coordinate with central planning or replenishment teams to manage stock levels.
Oversee damaged, expired, or returned goods and handle proper documentation.
Support inventory audits and cycle count activities.
Requirements
2 years in warehouse or inventory operations
Field/project experience in agriculture or logistics environment preferred
Hard Skills:
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Excel / Inventory tracking tools
Inventory reconciliation and reporting
Basic knowledge of FIFO/FEFO principles
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented and structured
Time management
Data accuracy mindset
Collaboration with internal warehouse and supply chain teams
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / SawitPro Applications
Willing to travel & placed in Jambi
