About the Role
Primary Responsibilities
Own and drive product strategy from zero-to-one, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision and company strategy, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders and users.
Lead experimentation-driven product development, including rapid prototyping, MVP launches, A/B testing, and iterative validation.
Define, maintain, and execute product roadmaps, ensuring milestones are delivered on time with measurable impact.
Discover user pain points through qualitative research and deep data analysis; collaborate closely with analytics teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Prototype product functionality and collaborate with design/UX teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
Develop go-to-market strategies and partner with growth teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
Apply growth-hacking principles to product development, focusing on scalable acquisition, activation, and monetization levers.
Be highly analytical and data-driven; define success metrics and continuously measure product performance.
Lead, coach, and develop product managers, designers, and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or other related fields.
Experience
8+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of products from zero-to-one and scaling stages.
Strong track record in experimentation, growth initiatives, and data-led decision making.
Experience using Product Management tools (e.g. Trello, GitHub Issues, Google Drive).
Experience using Prototyping tools (e.g. Figma).
Familiarity with Data Analytics tools (e.g. Metabase, Google Analytics).
Experience in palm oil or agribusiness-related companies is preferred.
Nice to have: Background in top-tier management consulting and/or investment banking, with exposure to strategy, growth, due diligence, or complex business problem-solving.
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru or Medan.
