About the Role
Identify bugs, bottlenecks, tech debts, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, unit testing, and automation using emulator and real phones.
Knowledge of programming languages (Java as preferred, Kotlin, Javascript, HTML, etc).
Knowledge of frameworks likes ReactJS & NodeJS.
Knowledge of software development kits like Flutter, Appium, etc.
Knowledge of gaming software like Unity, etc.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity tools (like Cyberark, Rapid7, crowdstrike, etc) and methodologies (like penetration testing, privileged credentials, identity access management, etc.)
Knowledge of IT Helpdesk tools (like Zendesk) and ticketing methodologies like escalating SLAs and tiered customer support, etc.
Knowledge of architecture principles (like TOGAF) and architecture tools (like archimate).
Disaster recovery management for cloud software.
Experience working in a team with agile development environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Good documentation skills for process documentation and software documentation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Collaboration & Teamwork.
Team management - You will be required to build and manage a team of 10-15 engineers to run all aspects of production IT from architecture, cybersecurity to helpdesk & support.
Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering/Science – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application, Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a team leader.
Experience in using frameworks and libraries to fasten development process.
Experience in managing multiple production releases at same time.
Willing to relocate to Pekanbaru, Riau.
