About the Role
Define and execute the company's AI/ML roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead the development of innovative AI solutions towards customer success.
Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional analytics teams
Drive data-driven decision making across the organization
Partner with product teams to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and capabilities
Develop customer-facing AI products and analytics solutions
Create and maintain relationships with key AI technology partners and vendors
Lead customer discovery sessions to understand pain points and opportunities for AI solutions
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives on customer success
Oversee the development of AI-powered automation to improve operational efficiency
Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to ensure reliable AI deployment
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to articulate AI capabilities to customers
Lead research initiatives to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation
Requirements
Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles
Strong track record of delivering impactful AI solutions at scale
Experience managing and developing technical teams
Deep understanding of modern AI/ML technologies and frameworks
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Proven experience in product development and customer-facing roles
Track record of successful collaboration with product management teams
Experience with AI product commercialization and go-to-market strategies
