About the Role
Coordinate and monitor daily first-mile (supplier to hub) or last-mile (hub to customer) delivery operations.
Allocate driver and vehicle assignments efficiently based on volume and service areas.
Track delivery status and resolve delays or delivery failures in real-time.
Maintain close communication with drivers, customers, and the operations team.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth handover of goods.
Requirements
2–3 years in logistics/transportation coordination or dispatching
Field/project experience in agriculture or logistics environment preferred
Hard Skills:
Route planning and dispatching systems
Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (logistics templates)
Fleet performance analysis
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination and multitasking
Analytical thinking
Problem-solving under pressure
Communication with field teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / SawitPro Applications
Willing to travel
