About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance, Accounting, and Tax Executive to
join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations,
preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting internal audits.
You will also play a key role in streamlining accounting processes and providing insights that
support better financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
Handle daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, including VAT and the general ledger.
Prepare and submit tax calculations and filings (PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 26, VAT, Final Tax).
Review invoices, payments, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain cash flow efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities for compliance and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial and tax processes.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax (experience in a similar industry is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc.).
Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
