About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Supporting C-Level ad-hoc tasks, which will vary e.g. conducting research, participate in focus group discussions and formulating company strategy.
Organize and prepare for shareholder meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, coordinating appointment with C-Level.
Assist C-Level in following up action matters, including typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Maintain various records and documents for C-Level.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Other ad-hoc project.
Requirements
University degree and/or secretarial qualification preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
Ability to communicate in Hokkien is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail with good problem solving.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, and sense of urgency)
Analytical, multi-tasker and team player.
