About the Role
Demand Planning :
Develop demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of demand planning function.
Review historical sales trends, analyze and research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models with using data analytical tools, report insight and evaluate forecast results -> Focusing on the agri-input demands.
Understand of S&OP models to develop end-to-end review process from (Product Review -> Demand Review -> Supply Review -> (Pre S&OP : Financial Review) -> (S&OP : Management Review).
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align demand forecast with business strategies and promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning processes.
Determine optimal inventory levels for each product to ensure availability while avoiding overstock and out of stock in alignment with forecast demand.
Supply Planning :
Create, manage and optimize supply plan to ensure product availability, while minimizing excess stock and obsolete inventory.
Monitor and manage inventory level at various storage location, ensuring optimal stock turnover.
Strengthen relationship with key supplier and collaborate on continuous improvent initiatives
Develop, monitor and report on KPI to gauge supply planning effeciency, making necessary adjustement as required.
Requirements
Experiences: At least has 2 years of experiences in dynamic startup environment, logistics tech, demand supply in agriculture, e-commerce retail or FMCG sector.
Education: At least a Bachelor degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management or a related field.
Data Driven with Expert in Ms. Office / G-suite ( especially excell/sheet formula & slide presentation, power BI, Google Data Studio)
Detail-oriented and strong in routine follow-ups.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
Proven experience in demand supply roles especially in agri-input products
Travel: Willing to travel
