About the Role
Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy from scratch for our organization.
Identify potential vulnerabilities and threats, and design effective countermeasures.
Regularly conduct security assessments using a variety of tools, methods, and techniques to identify and evaluate security risks.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure our systems remain secure against evolving threats.
Work closely with various teams to ensure the secure design and development of software and hardware.
Conduct security incident response activities and investigations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures, and train staff on their importance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role in a production environment.
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
Experience in building secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
Knowledge of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
