About the Role
The Ads Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management, optimization,
and performance analysis of all paid media campaigns across META (Facebook &
Instagram), TikTok, and Google Display Network. This role is critical for driving qualified
traffic, generating leads, and improving overall conversion performance across multiple
digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Increase qualified leads volume.
Maintain or improve CPL and ROAS benchmarks.
Deliver consistent traffic growth across all channels.
Improve conversion rates by optimizing audience targeting and creative performance.
Maintain compliance with each platform’s advertising policies and brand safety guidelines.
Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting based on real-time performance data.
Develop and propose data-driven paid media strategies tailored to each platform’s strengths and audience behaviors.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
Proficient in META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Display Network.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with conversion tracking tools, pixels, and audience segmentation.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Academy will be a plus point
Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau
