About the Role
Technical Data Analysis: Analyzing engineering and operational metrics & KPI, such as system performance, database query efficiency, API latency, and bug resolution rates, to help the Tech team optimize platform health.
Product Metric Support: Assisting with the analysis of core product KPIs, user funnels, and feature usage to support product improvement cycles.
Data Quality & Integrity: Auditing and cleaning data sets to ensure high data quality and accuracy across all reporting mechanisms.
Reporting & Visualization: Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate technical and product insights clearly to stakeholders.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Executing quick, deep-dive analyses on specific business or technical problems as requested by the VP of Technology.
Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation of data definitions, analysis methods, and reporting logic in both English and Indonesian.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related analytical and quantitative field.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), with the ability to clearly articulate complex findings in both languages.
Solid foundation in SQLÂ and Python for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with or a strong willingness to learn data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio Redash, or Metabase).
Sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong ability to translate raw data and technical concepts into straightforward, actionable business narratives.
A genuine interest in the intersection of technology, data, and the agricultural or supply chain sectors.
Ready to be placed in Pekanbaru or willing to relocate there.
